Within 48h you receive a proof at real size. Nothing is printed until you approve it, and if a detail is too fine to hold on skin, we flag it on the proof.
Count back from your date
About four weeks from approval to your door, anywhere in Europe. Working to a fixed date? Order six weeks ahead to leave room for one round of changes on the proof.

Contact us before ordering. Express production is sometimes possible, never guaranteed. We tell you if your date is feasible before you pay.
Invoicing, delivery, reorders
Questions about a specific finish (artwork, colours, how long it lasts) are answered on each product page.
Do I get a proper invoice?
Yes. Every order gets a full invoice with your company details. It is in your account the moment checkout completes.
What does "EU cosmetic-certified" mean?
The inks meet the EU cosmetics regulation (EC 1223/2009) and each product is registered on the EU cosmetic products portal (CPNP) before sale. In practice: non-toxic, vegan, lead-free, suitable from 3 years. The same standard as the temporary tattoos sold in European pharmacies and toy shops.
Can I reorder the same design later?
Yes. We keep your approved file, so a repeat order runs without a new proof, which is what parks, clubs and venues that reorder every season rely on. Jagua tattoos keep for a year in their packaging. Order once, distribute all season.
Do you deliver to my country?
Across Europe, tracked. Delivery takes 5–7 working days after production and is already counted in the four weeks. Outside Europe? Contact us before ordering.
Can you rush an order?
Sometimes, never guaranteed. Express production depends on the queue that week. If your date is closer than four weeks, ask before ordering and we'll confirm if it fits.
Can you run a tattoo station at our event?
No. We ship tattoos; we don't send artists, run glitter stations or staff your stand. Everything arrives ready to hand out, applied with water in thirty seconds.
What about more than 10,000 pieces?
Above 10,000 pieces, format, packing and schedule are worth discussing. Use the form below and we'll send a proposal covering all three.
